Booking conditions

By booking a tour or a Sienaguidedtour.com service via email or other means you declare to agree with the following terms and conditions.

1. Customers are responsible: to check in advance how to get to the meeting point with the guideinsiena.it guide. For their safety on a walking tour or inside a monument, to be aware of safety measures (face masks when required,belts, behavior)during the tour, in the museums or in the car on tours that are carried out on board  of a vehicle.

Sieneguidedtour.com is not responsible for the itinerary’s reduction due to customers’ delays.
Sieneguidedtour.com is not responsible for changes in the itinerary due to unexpected or unscheduled monuments’ closures.
Sieneguidedtour.com is not responsible for the itinerary’s reduction due to extreme climatic situations, delays, deviations and circumstances beyond our control.

2. The tour guides who collaborate with Guideinsiena.it are professional and experienced self-employed workers.

The fact that Guideinsiena.it might hire additional professionals at the request of the customer does not imply that Guideinsiena.it assumes responsibility for any negligence, acts or errors committed by third parties.

3. The tour includes: a licensed guide available to the customer for the hours paid.

4. The tour does not include: Entrance fees or reservations for monuments. Taxi or bus rides. Transfers to / from the meeting place with the guides of Guideinsiena.it. Lunch, food and drinks. Rates in case of payment with Paypal, as well as bank commissions for any transfers made by the customer.

5. Cancellation policy
The cancellation of a tour must be communicated by the customer via email and accepted by Guideinsiena.it. We cannot arrange telephone cancellations and we do not cancel the tour due to bad weather.
Guideinsiena.it reserves the right to change the guide assigned for the tour. The customer who decides to cancel the tour due to this reason will not be entitled to any refund.
In case of a cancellation due to force majeure, we will evaluate the individual cases and try to reach an agreement with the Customer.

6. Refund
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour will be charged 33% of the tour amount, in addition to any reasonably attributable cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from the tour or no-shows, do not entitle the Customer to a refund. We consider no-show the case in which, after 30 minutes from the scheduled start time of the tour, we do not receive telephone notice from the customer.
In the event that the customer has purchased several services and wishes to cancel a part of them, the refund rules detailed so far will be applied only to the part in question.
